Banana, Avocado and Spinach Smoothie

I learnt lots yesterday from my meeting with hugely inspiring Oli and Natalia. We are working together to create an interesting, fresh and nutritious menu. This morning I have decided to put it into practice with a banana, avocado and spinach smoothie. My girls have loved it this morning with breakfast. Let me know what your little ones think…
it’s super quick and delicious!

You will need:

    • 1 Banana
    • 1/2 Avocado
    • 3-4 baby spinach leaves
    • 1 table spoon of Greek yoghurt (or dairy free alternative)
    • a good splash of milk ( I only had Cow’s milk, but going to try it with Rice or Coconut Milk)
    • Crushed ice
